POSITION SUMMARY

The Blaster/Painter Helper is responsible for assisting other employees in a safe manner at the Fabrication facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist other employees by performing various duties or tasks

* Clean all blasting and painting equipment

* Ensure that water coolers are filled as needed

* Maintain clean working areas and practice good housekeeping

* Clean and return tools and equipment to proper place after use

* Obey and follow all safety rules and policies

* Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)

* Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* High School diploma or equivalent education

* Basic level written and verbal communication skills

* Must be reliable and have good time management skills

* For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen

* For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
