A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel, Real Estate & Construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the review and negotiation of commercial agreements related to construction and real estateProvide legal support for real estate-focused M&A due diligence and assess legal risks in agreementsDevelop and manage legal trainings and cultivate relationships with business partners to align legal strategies with business goalsRequired QualificationsJD from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with a US state bar8-10+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating design/construction and lease agreementsIn-house experience with knowledge of business practices at large companies preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a practical, solutions-oriented focusDemonstrated ability to lead and manage complex commercial transactions
