A company is looking for a Workday Financials Functional SME for a contract role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design sessions for system configuration and business process definitionOversee data migration and mapping of legacy financial data into WorkdayDevelop test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one full lifecycle implementationDeep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Workday modules such as Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P)Experience in developing training materials and change management strategiesAbility to mentor and support departmental power users
