A company is looking for an Underwriter III.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze loan submissions to make final underwriting determinationsCollaborate with Lending Teams to find solutions for difficult loan filesProvide training and support to team members and assist in the orientation of new personnelRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred5+ years of underwriting experience with conforming and non-conforming loansExperience in the mortgage banking industry with Jumbo Loans and/or Government Products is a plusFHA and/or VA Designations requiredTechnical experience with underwriting software and systems is necessary
