A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Tax (M3) to manage tax compliance and reporting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quarterly and year-end income tax provisions and maintain supporting documentationManage the annual income tax compliance process and oversee tax authority inquiries and auditsSupervise and mentor the senior tax analyst while conducting income tax research and assisting with tax planningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of experience in corporate income taxExperience in a top-tier public accounting firm is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially ExcelKnowledge of ONESOURCE tax software and Oracle ERP system is preferredAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
