A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to support a group of Loan Officers in the Northeast.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsAnalyze financial documentation and manage the loan pipeline, ensuring timely submission to UnderwritingCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer serviceRequired Qualifications4-5 years of retail loan processing experienceExperience with CHFA products and processing Conventional and Government loansAble to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans and fund at least 20 loans per monthFamiliarity with loan origination systems, preferably ByteProficient in Microsoft Office applications
