A company is looking for a Contract Manager responsible for overseeing contract management activities and leading a team of Contracts Associates or Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and revise contractual documents in accordance with study needs and company standardsManage the contract deliverables and oversee the escalation process for assigned contractsProvide mentorship and line management support to Contracts Associates or ManagersRequired Qualifications and EducationMinimum five years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical business developmentAt least three years of experience as a Contract ManagerAdvanced writing skills for composing various types of contractual agreementsStrong knowledge of the CRO and pharmaceutical industry, including study design and project managementProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
