What You'll Bring:

  • Current Louisiana RN license and active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; certification in a clinical specialty area is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in pediatric or neonatal nursing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to delegate effectively and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
Ideal but not required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Additional certifications or training related to neonatal care or specialized nursing fields
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Associates degree in Nursing (minimum requirement)
  • 2+ years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in neonatal patient management
Additional Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift schedule, encompassing day, night, or rotating shifts, including the possibility of working around the clock (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with all licensing, certification, and healthcare regulations
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives
  • Travel and other reimbursements are available when applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $54.31, comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team environment dedicated to your success.
