About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you're the first impression of our hotel - a warm welcome, a helpful smile, and a friendly resource for our guests. Your genuine hospitality sets the tone for a great stay. At Holiday Inn Express, we believe every team member is an ambassador who helps guests feel at home and discover what makes our area special.
What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with daily reports and administrative duties
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest issues with care and confidence

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

This position requires standing for extended periods, light lifting (up to 20 lbs), and occasional exposure to cleaning materials.
