DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigate and resolve Commercial Auto and General Liability claims.

Verify policy coverage and assess exposures.

Develop effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently.

Manage defense counsel on pre-suit and litigated files; participate in mediations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Valid adjuster license in applicable jurisdictions.

3+ years handling liability claims.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage files independently with professionalism and urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with litigated claims and mediations.
