This position plays a critical role in maintaining reservation accuracy, protecting revenue, supporting guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless service flow before guests even arrive. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, calm under pressure, and understands that hospitality begins with the first interaction.ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming reservations via phone, SevenRooms (or reservation platform), email, and online channelsAnswer guest inquiries regarding reservations, large party bookings, waitlists, and general restaurant informationProcess reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests accuratelyMonitor reservation pacing to prevent overbooking and ensure proper service flowCharge and document applicable no‑show and late cancellation fees in accordance with company policyRespond to guest inquiries regarding no‑show charges professionally and clearlyAssist guests with receipt requests, billing questions, and transaction confirmationsSupport management with chargeback disputes by gathering documentation, reservation details, and proof of serviceMaintain accurate guest profiles and notes within the reservation systemCommunicate VIP arrivals, large parties, and special accommodations to management teamsAssist in private dining and large group inquiries as neededUphold Motek's brand voice and hospitality standards in all written and verbal communicationScheduleFully remote positionAvailability required during peak reservation hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFlexible scheduling based on business needsSkills & CompetenciesStrong customer service mindsetHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling billing mattersConflict resolution and de‑escalation skillsRevenue protection awarenessAccountability and strong follow‑throughTeam‑oriented communicatorBenefitsPaid time offWages paid weeklyGrowth opportunities401k savings plansMedical, dental and vision insurance (upon eligibility)Employee discountsRequirementsPrevious restaurant or hospitality experience preferredExperience with SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems strongly preferredFamiliarity with POS systems and payment processing platforms is a plusStrong understanding of cancellation policies and guest recovery practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureProfessional, warm, and solution‑oriented demeanorReliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspaceSalary Description$20 – $25 / hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
