WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical & electrical issues
• Handle high-level jobs (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Perform inspections and recommend needed services
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
• Help drive shop performance and mentor team when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years experience as a high-level technician
Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)
ASE certification (preferred)
Own tools
Ability to stay productive and make money
Strong communication with advisors & team
