Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including situations involving individuals in crisis or requiring de-escalation support; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, treatment areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or report concerns to site leadership; Monitor access points and visitor activity, document incidents and observations, and communicate with staff and first responders when needed regarding security-related matters
