Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Office Assistant to support our client's daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and filter inspection information into company systems
  • Communicate with clients regarding inspections and scheduling
  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email
  • Perform accurate data and maintain records
  • Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Clerical experience (required)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
