Position Purpose:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by performing various non-sales functions. Your responsibilities will include: ensuring exceptional customer order fulfillment, assisting customers on-site, and providing essential administrative services.
This position may require direct interaction with customers or vendors, where you'll guide customers to store departments, answer inquiries about product order statuses, and manage cash handling. Your contribution is key to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
