About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialistin our Contact Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will address customer inquiries and resolve issues through telephone or email communications while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Your efforts will include researching problems, assisting with fraud support, and navigating various systems to provide customers with comprehensive information about their accounts.

Our classes will begin on May 4, 2026.
Work Schedule: Shifts are assigned between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. local time. Shifts starting at 12:30 p.m. or later will receive a 10% shift differential.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50. Please note that this range is based on location, and other factors may influence compensation.
