Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout offices, common areas, and perimeter routes to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns; Monitor entry points and assist with access control by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in, and directing guests to appropriate locations per site procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken according to post orders; Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed
