Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary:

If you are committed to ensuring safety and security, this role is crucial for protecting assets, personnel, customers, and visitors. As an Unarmed Security Professional, you will work closely under the guidance of the Account Manager or Branch Manager to foster a secure environment at various sites.

Job Duties:

• Protect the interests of the client while ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
• Vigilantly observe and report any signs of crime or disorder; investigate disturbances as they arise.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to the relevant contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols in accordance with established post orders.
• Manage access to the property based on the directives outlined in post orders.
• In emergencies, notify the appropriate authorities while adhering to post order guidelines.
• Document and report any violations of company policies or local and federal laws as specified in the Employee Handbook.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Comfortably stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work longer hours when necessary.
• Be ready to take on additional responsibilities in alignment with client needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Capability to maintain a safe atmosphere for all personnel and visitors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to secure state-required licensing.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including prolonged standing and walking.
• Must be physically fit; able to lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
