Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using verbal de-escalation techniques and requesting clinical staff and/or additional support as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior units, common areas, entrances, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and manage authorized entry, including verifying identification, directing visitors, and maintaining visitor logs per site policy; Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, document observed conditions, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
