About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team. You will support the Controller and play a key role in keeping financial records accurate and organized across our multi-location operation. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and wants to grow their career in automotive accounting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounting schedule discrepancies

• Perform account, bank, and parts statement reconciliations

• Assist with month-end closing entries

• Support special accounting projects and daily department operations

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of three years in an accounting-related role

• Undergraduate degree preferred but not required

• Automotive accounting experience is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• CDK experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and collaborate with staff at all levels

• Solid computer and written communication skills
