Now hiring Administrative Assistant
Lafayette, LA
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Every team needs thatone person who just gets it done. As a Administrative Assistant, you'll manage the details, support the crew, and keep the operation running like a pro. Your organizational skills and upbeat energy make you the go-to person everyone counts on.
What It Takes to Shine:
- Strong administrative and clerical experience, preferably in an HR or healthcare setting
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR leadership and team members
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
- Support processes related to FMLA, Workers' Compensation claims, and leave of absence requests
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of discretion
- Work within the HRIS system to manage and maintain employee data
- Download, organize, and maintain large volumes of files and documentation
- Prepare and update spreadsheets for reporting and distribution to supervisors
- Coordinate and manage high volumes of email communication
- Perform filing, scheduling, and general coordination tasks
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
