Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our retail location clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activities and escalating concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the store, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity; Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity for suspicious behavior, reporting potential policy violations and/or hazards according to post orders; Complete routine reports and logs, maintain a professional presence, and communicate clearly with store personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders when required
