Summary

Lee Health is seeking an Advanced Integration Analyst-Developer - Data Extracts to support and evolve our enterprise data extract and file transfer capabilities. This role is a key contributor to the design, development, and operational support of reliable data movement solutions that power downstream integrations across the organization.

The primary focus of this position is the day-to-day development, automation, and operational support of SSIS-based data extracts and managed file transfer (MFT) processes, with a strong emphasis on stability, supportability, and documentation. In addition, this role will contribute to longer-term efforts to modernize Lee Health's data movement platform and architecture.

Primary Responsibilities
Development & Automation

  • Design, build, enhance, and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Agent jobs to support data extraction, transformation, and delivery.
  • Develop and support automated managed file transfer (MFT) workflows using MOVEit Automation.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging, alerting, and retry logic to ensure operational resilience.
  • Validate both happy-path and common failure scenarios prior to production deployment.
Operational Support
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents impacting data extracts and file transfers.
  • Participate in on-call or support rotations as required to meet operational needs.
  • Follow and contribute to incident response and recovery documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to rapidly swarm, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLA/OLA expectations.
Documentation & Standards
  • Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation aligned with Data Extracts team standards.
  • Ensure extract logic, dependencies, schedules, data ownership, and operational considerations are fully documented.
  • Adhere to established Definition of Done, development standards, and task board policies.
Collaboration & Process
  • Partner closely with requestors, vendors, and downstream data consumers to understand requirements and ensure reliable delivery.
  • Participate in daily huddles, code reviews, and team meetings.
  • Manage work within established WIP limits and Agile/Kanban task management practices.
Platform & Architecture Evolution (Future-Focused Contributions)
  • Contribute to the evolution of Lee Health's enterprise data movement architecture.
  • Apply experience with cloud-based infrastructure to modernize extract and integration workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, orchestration, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop integrations that pull data from REST APIs and convert responses into normalized data formats (flat files or relational tables).
  • Collaborate with technical leadership to help define future-state integration patterns and platforms.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 Years' Experience in development, data engineering, data management
  • Advanced experience developing and supporting SSIS solutions and SQL-based data extracts.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience building and supporting automated file transfer processes, preferably using MOVEit or similar MFT platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to support production systems in a high-availability environment.
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid integration environments.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs and transforming JSON/XML payloads into structured data.
  • Exposure to automation, orchestration, or AI-enabled operational improvements.
  • Healthcare or enterprise integration experience.
