Spherion - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.; Manage executive calendars, mail, travel arrangements, and oversee meeting logistics (including virtual and hybrid setups).; Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and additional software to draft correspondence, generate reports, and automate routine data entry.; Assist with basic bookkeeping, process expense reports, and manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships.; Track deadlines for ongoing department projects and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
