Description
Crumbl Cookies is hiring a Night Shift Lead!

We're looking for someone who brings the energy, keeps things running smoothly, and leads by example-especially during our busiest nights of the week.

This role requires open availability on both Friday and Saturday nights. While we do our best to avoid scheduling closing shifts both nights in a row, we need someone reliable and ready to lead when it matters most.

What does a Crumbl Shift Lead do?

As a Shift Lead, you help create the Crumbl experience-from delicious cookies to a smooth-running crew. You'll support your team, uphold our standards, and help make the store feel like the fun, fast-paced place our guests love.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example with energy, positivity, and teamwork
  • Supporting and guiding team members through each shift
  • Keeping a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Ensuring top-notch product quality and guest experience
  • Handling DoorDash orders and customer service follow-up
  • Assisting with training new crew members
  • Managing registers (no safe access) and cash exchanges
  • Fulfilling catering and call-ahead orders
  • Communicating with store management to keep everything on track
What's in it for you?
  • Free cookies (yes, really!) and employee discount
  • Flexible scheduling (with reliable weekend coverage)
  • Opportunities to grow into leadership
  • A fun, fast-paced work culture
Sound like your kind of shift? We'd love to meet you!

Requirements
  • Open Friday & Saturday night availability is required
  • Strong communicator and team motivator
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable, upbeat, and solution-focused
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Comfortable with basic technology and multitasking

ONE BIG DREAM

two crazy cousins

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
