ITTConnect is seeking a Google CES Developer (Dialogflow & Python) to work for one of our clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom business.

Job location: Hybrid in Atlanta, 30239 (3 days a week in the office).

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights
  • Conversational Design & UX: Design conversational flows using Dialogflow CX, incorporating best practices for dialogue flow, branching logic, error handling, and persona development.
  • Integrate CES tools with Google Cloud services and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and webhooks using Python.
  • Ability to develop robust backend services and scripts using Python to support CES initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent behavior, performance, and integration.
  • Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying prompt engineering and LLM integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Application Development and at least 3+ years in the Contact Center space
  • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) or similar agent frameworks
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python, as well as Git, Jira, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform CCAI service, Dialog flow CX, and Agent Assist.
  • Proficiency in using dialogue flow design tools like Dialogflow CX, including fulfillment, integrations, webhooks, and analytics.
  • Playbooks and GCP cloud run
  • Desirable experience in Telco domain and processes.
  • Experience with API integration (REST, gRPC) and Cloud Functions, as well as CI/CD pipelines.
  • Should be able to follow Agile Scrum cadence.
