Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide prompt assistance, making them feel valued during their gaming experience.
• Accurately manage your cash bank, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding age-restricted products.
• Monitor the availability of fresh food and beverages, ensuring the environment remains clean and inviting.
• Follow established safety and security protocols, addressing any potential concerns immediately, and promote special offers to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist players in understanding game operations and provide guidance on machine functionalities.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, documenting any issues accurately for management review.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high-quality standards across all responsibilities.
• Be adaptable to various duties and flexible working hours to meet the operational needs of the casino.
• Consistently embody and promote the core values of the company in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a thorough background check with no history of felonies or misdemeanors related to theft or gaming violations.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and stand for long periods, with the capability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
• Possess strong language and mathematical skills.
• Understand and follow instructions, memos, and other communications effectively.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Show consistency in punctuality and attendance reliability.

• State Video Poker Permit
• Alcohol Beverage Ordinance Card (as required by your locality)
• Louisiana Responsible Vendors Permit
