Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and customers, assess their needs, and ensure a memorable experience while presenting promotional products and services.
• Build a strong partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient data, and conduct preliminary tests.
• Assist in resolving patient complaints and keep management updated on service status.
• Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
• Perform simple repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor compliance with delivery timelines for patient orders.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service.
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations.
• Active listening skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
