Construction General Laborers

We are currently seeking construction laborers to join our team for commercial and residential new construction projects. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with various manual labor tasks on construction sites
2. Operate and maintain hand and power tools
3. Load and unload materials and equipment
4. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
5. Assist with concrete work, including mixing and pouring
6. Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Safety Skills Needed:

• Understanding of job site safety regulations
• Ability to identify and report potential hazards
• Proper handling and disposal of construction materials
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and its correct usage
• Emergency response and first aid skills are a plus
