Hours: 8am-5pm M-F In House/Remote

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for the preparation of steel shop and erection drawings, detailing high, complex jobs and utilizing AutoCAD and MBS (Metal Building Software).

• Be able to prepare erection drawings with accurate part identification, quantities, complete sections and details for proper installation of materials
• Be able to prepare legible shop details for fabrication
• Have the ability to read and decipher architectural drawings
• Maintain a high productivity rate, with low errors
• Ensure all projects are completed on or before scheduled due date
• Be able to detail high, complex jobs such as hips, valleys, skews, hangers, mezzanines, etc., without being checked

• High School Diploma/GED/Trade School Certification
• AutoCAD and MBS - minimum of 10 years' experience
• Proficient in geometry and trigonometry
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Strong work ethic
• Work overtime as necessary
• Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
