Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a "Facilities Coordinator I" for Cash Magic-Lafayette Corporate Office. The Louisiana Cash Magic Truck Plaza & Casino incorporates 27 video gaming facilities situated throughout the state. Each site features a convenience store, fueling operations, a restaurant and up to 50 poker machines. The video gaming machines are in a separate gaming room that offers a casino-like atmosphere and provides the road weary traveler an exciting break from the highways.

• Maintain company vehicles including inventory, repairs, scheduled maintenance, washing and detailing
• Purchases supplies necessary to perform repairs and maintenance that are requested
• Performs minor and/or routine building maintenance and repairs
• Performs basic carpentry including cabinet building and furniture repair
• Provides preventative maintenance for heating and air-conditioning systems
• Makes basic repair to plumbing and electrical systems
• Completes minor remodeling projects upon request
• Ensures that roofs, rain gutters and drains are well maintained and in proper working order
• Control, track and inventory all company property and equipment relating to the Facilities department

• The ability to read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic equipment
• Experience in a facilities department and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment required
