As a Production Assembler, you will work hands on assembling electrical components and systems by following drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling electrical products according to drawings and work instructions
Using hand tools and basic measuring tools to verify specifications
Performing light quality control checks
Meeting production goals set by supervisors and management
Reporting material or assembly issues to the Production Supervisor
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Supporting team members as needed to meet daily production demands

Preferred qualifications include:
Zero to one year of manufacturing or production experience
Basic understanding of hand tools and safety procedures
Ability to read simple drawings and instructions
Basic math and counting skills
Electrical assembly knowledge strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and team oriented attitude
Pay range: $15 to $22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 8 AM to 5 PM
Overtime available as needed
Moderate physical activity including sitting, standing, and walking
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 50 pounds or more
Steel toe boots and safety glasses required in designated areas
Valid driver's license
