The Administrative Associate supports the team by performing routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and operating office equipment. Guided by a team leader, the Administrative Associate helps maintain organized records and provides general administrative assistance across departments. How You Will Contribute : Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines. Answer phones, routes callers, and take and delivers messages. Insurance policy processing, checking, and distributing in a timely manner. Handling weekly deposits. Sorting and handling incoming mail for all Gulf States offices. Office supply inventory management. Maintains files, records, or reports. Perform other duties as assigned.
