Entergy will not sponsor candidates for work visas for this position./ppThis direct hire, full time hybrid (3 days in office each week) position that must reside in the Lake Charles or Lafayette, LA area and may be filled as a Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent I, II, III or Sr. depending on the qualifications and or the experience of the candidate./ph3Job Summary/Purpose:/h3pIn this role the Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent, hereinafter referred to as Agent, will support the Manager of Distribution ROW within Entergys Power Delivery (PD) business unit. The Agent will assist in the: development of contract-labor property-acquisition cost/schedule estimates, development of project specific scopes of work, and the tracking/reporting of project specific financials. In addition, the Agent will support the Distribution Reliability organizations requests including but not limited to letters of no objection, ingress/egress matters, and various permit requests. The Agent will interface and partner with internal stakeholders including Distribution ROW Agents, Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, Legal, Environmental, Engineering, Telecom, Industrial Accounts, Supply Chain Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and their counterparts in Transmission ROW.
