The Office Clerk is a multifaceted role that supports administrative, accounting, and customer service functions at the dealership. This position is responsible for processing receipts, deposits, reconciliations, and vehicle deal documentation with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. The Office Clerk works closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team, assists with inventory-related tasks, and provides customer-facing support, including service follow-up calls and oversight of the Loaner Car process.
