This role plays an important part in delivering a positive patient experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and compassionate support.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls to answer questions about balances, coverage, and billing* Update and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information in our systems* Document call details clearly to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of care* Verify insurance information and support claims submission* Process patient payments over the phone with accuracy and care* Educate patients on deductibles, co-pays, and other financial responsibilities in a clear, compassionate way* Deliver every interaction with professionalism, patience, and empathy* Support additional tasks as needed to help the team and organization succeed* Other duties as assigendQualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required* Strong verbal communication and listening skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively* High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality* Patient-focused, professional, and courteous approach* Other duties as assignedWe're thrilled to announce that Curana Health has been named the 147th fastest growing, privately owned company in the nation on Inc. magazine's prestigious Inc. 5000 list.
