Description
Westaff has a GREAT opportunity in RAYNE, LA. We are looking for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for making units ready.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Pay: $12/Hour
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Groundskeeping
- Making general repairs
- Repair & paint sheet rock
- Replacing light switches/face plates
- Replacing filters on air conditioning/heating units
- Changing light bulbs
- Painting
- Have the ability to repair necessary contents of housing units needing repairs
- Pay close attention to detail while maintaining a safe and clean working environment
