Read, understand, and follow routine written instructions.
Perform basic mathematical calculations.
Assist in production processes including:
Transporting, loading, and unloading raw materials and chemical products
Drumming out product from reactors and blenders
Collecting and delivering samples to the QC lab
Proper waste handling (collection, labeling, disposal)
Acquire basic computer skills necessary for production documentation.
Safely manipulate loads weighing between 200500 lbs.
Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Operate a forklift and obtain/maintain certification.
Perform other duties as assigned to support safe and efficient plant operations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain certification).
