Our customer-focused, employee-driven business model builds long-term partners through loyalty, consistency, and expertise.n We are looking for Service HVAC Technicians who share our passion for helping customers, have a positive attitude and are committed to always offering their very best workmanship and customer care.nnn Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required/assigned by the Service Managern n Complete HVACR repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems to ensure functionalityn Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and servicesn Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.n Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.n Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installationsn Be accurate and timely with all paperwork/e-filesn Be at the shop early to restock truck and dispatch to jobs on timen n Required Skills/Abilities n n Strong communication skills, both verbally and writtenn Advanced problem-solving abilitiesn Ability to relay information to clients in layman's termsn Hardworking mindsetn Detail-oriented and organizedn Positive, can-do attituden Safety first mindsetn Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environmentn Great attitude with a dedication to quality workn n Education and Experience n n High school diploma or equivalentn Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License with 3+ years experiencen Valid driver's license and a good driving recordn EPA Certificationn Knowledge in HVAC, VRF systems, BAS, refrigeration, ice machines, boilers, chillers, and cooling towersn Advanced diagnostic capabilities to resolve complex HVAC issuesn n Physical Requirements n n Physical ability to lift up to 50LBSn Work from heights or small crawl spacesn n Please note the selected candidate will be required to submit to full pre-employment background and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
