What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of trading systems to ensure stability in the production environment
• Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes
• Triage, prioritize, and troubleshoot complex network and system issues

• Coordinate firm-wide changes within a global change management framework

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical area such as computer science or engineering
• Proficient in Python development with experience in application requirements, design, implementation, and deployment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Linux and understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and UDP
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting electronic trading systems
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Grafana
• Knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 11
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles in operational environments
