The Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure. Ensure the project is delivered safely in accordance with the company's budgetary, schedule-driven, and quality parameters while exceeding the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, conducting operational project meetings, negotiating vendor agreements, evaluating submittals, coordinating quality assurance, managing project scope, performing financial setup, conducting monthly project cost reviews, managing accounts receivables, managing accounts payables, obtaining and coordinating lien waivers, ensuring budget and scope alignment, attending jobsite meetings, building and maintaining strong relations, monitoring risk management items, managing close-out documents, managing warranty work, coordinating start-up and commissioning processes.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management, strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of construction technologies, effective communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to influence outcomes.
Preferred qualifications include a construction management or related technical degree.
Travel requirements include up to 80% of time spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical activities include climbing stairs, remaining in a stationary position, repeating motions, moving about, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles. Environmental conditions include a noisy environment and outdoor elements.
Physical demands include light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Pay Range: USD $76,860.00 - USD $102,620.00 /Yr.
