A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Plantation Crossing located in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance of the community
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Maintenance Technician qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Previous make-ready and painting experience preferred
• EPA Certification is required
• CPO Certification is preferred
• Must be available to be on-call as required.

Requirements: Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance

Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm and Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (rotating schedule) plus on-call rotation for after hour emergencies
