The Surveyor II will operate Survey and Positioning equipment in a safe and efficient manner, and maintaining and repairing all electronic sensors, associated with survey equipment. Ability to travel domestically and overseas as assigned. Duties And Responsibilities. Responsible for installing, calibrating, and operating surface and subsea sensors for the real-time position determination of vessels and remotely operated vehicles below the water. Operate equipment to include cameras (video and still), acoustic positioning systems, sonars, subsea tooling, surface positioning systems. Knowledge of Surveyor data collection and analysis process. Maintains parts and supplies within inventory. Responsible for the care and safety of company equipment. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications.
