Position Responsibilities
Quality Control: Ensure food freshness, follow recipes precisely, and maintain consistent presentation, flavor, and portion standards at all times.
Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized wok station throughout each shift.
Hygiene & Food Safety: Comply with all health department regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company sanitation procedures, including proper food storage, rotation (FIFO), and temperature monitoring.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, assist with prep work, cleaning, and inventory as needed, and support smooth overall kitchen operations.
Cooking Expertise: Utilize strong high-heat cooking skills, with a focus on wok cooking and stir-frying in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
21+ years or older
Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
Able to stand for duration of shift
Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
Preferred qualifications:
Own a personal vehicle
