What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage daily activity across multiple corporate bank accounts
- Set up and execute wire transfers
- Move funds between accounts to maximize cash flow
- Prepare and oversee weekly check runs
- Manage corporate credit card programs (AmEx, T&E cards), including charge review, reconciliation, and payments
- Maintain strict internal controls for all cash-related processes
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts
- Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/outlooks and communicate key drivers
- Support manufacturing-specific costing, margin analysis, and production financial insights
Reporting & Executive Presentations
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board and leadership meetings
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise visual reports
- Assist with preparation of monthly internal financial reporting packages
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query; macro/VBA a plus
- Expert-level PowerPoint presentation design skills
- Strong understanding of cash management processes, banking platforms, and wire systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high accuracy
