Role Description

This is a full?time, on?site role located in Lafayette, LA, for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring accuracy in financial data entry and reporting. Daily tasks will include working with accounting software, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial and budgetary operations. The individual will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries (Accounting), and maintaining financial accuracy
• Experience with Financial Statements, including preparation and review
• Strong familiarity with Quickbooks Online
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on?site team environment
• Strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is a strong advantage
