Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and shipping/mailing.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor needs around the office, including managing office supply inventory.
  • Resolve office-related requests or issues.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment and hardware as needed.
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or an associate's degree.
  • Possess at least two years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).
  • A team player with strong communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under limited supervision.
  • Must be able to take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations, and field personnel.
