Job Title: PRN Retail Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PRN Retail Pharmacist to join our team. As a PRN Retail Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to our clients on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

- Prepare and dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner

- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

- Maintain accurate and complete medication records

- Provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution

- Active pharmacist license in the state of Louisiana- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a retail pharmacist

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis
