Pay: $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)

Shift: First Shift | Monday - Friday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Proven experience in manufacturing accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic plannin g.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounting staff and oversee daily operations.
• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze product costs and profitability to drive efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial processe s.
• Manage cash flow and provide key financial insights to senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objective s.
