We're looking for talented professionals to join our Product Data team to help us continue delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy. They understand product attributes and specifications and manage the related data required for each product. They are also responsible for responding to customer (both internal and external) inquiries.

The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of product part records and the ongoing maintenance of the data within these records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product set-ups, attributes and specifications are accurate, adhering to guidelines and legal requirements
• Timely response to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute data
• Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency
• Learn the intricacies of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies throughout the rest of the organization
• Identify and update attribute data due to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests.
• Support business processes related to product data using Oracle, PIM modules, and P360 to
• Develop a complete understanding of Custom Item Search, Bill of Materials, and Stone Information

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Integrity in business practices and when working with others in a team environment
• Hunger for continuous improvement personally and professionally
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities in managing time, work details, and workspace effectively
• Proficiency in reading comprehension, decision-making, critical thinking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and able to deal with change and unpredictability

• Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Knowledge of Stuller product offerings
• Knowledge of the Jewelry Industry
